Postdoctoral Research Fellowships

There are a number of major Post-Doctoral Fellowship schemes to which you can apply through Durham (we have had a good rate of success in all of them). These include:

• British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowships  (expressions of interest needed by the summer)
• Marie Curie Individual Fellowships (expressions of interest needed by the summer)
• Newton International Fellowships (expressions of interest required December)
• Leverhulme Early Career Fellowships (expressions of interest required December)

In all cases, you should establish contact with an academic at Durham who can act as your sponsor, and help to develop your proposal.

Be sure to check eligibility criteria; and please note that for all these scheme you will be required to have a draft application ready to go through review and revision with us two or three months before the official scheme deadline.
