This is the third workshop for Project Academy, a collaboration between the Universities of Durham and Tuebingen. This workshop will focus on central members of the history of Plato’s Academy: Philip of Opus, Hermodorus of Syracuse, and the writer of the Index Academicorum, a history of the Academy preserved in a papyrus roll in the library of Philodemus in Herculaneum.
