DCAMP PhD Alumni Success

We are delighted to report a number of updates on three of our former DCAMP PhD students:

Dr Sebastiano Molinelli (PhD Classics, 2018) has recently published a book developed out of his doctoral thesis: Dissoi Logoi: Introduction, Critical Text, Translation, and Commentary (Springer, 2024). Sebastiano teaches at the Istituto d’Istruzione Superiore Giustino Fortunato, in Rionero in Vulture (outside of Napoli).

Dr Logan Williams (PhD Theology, 2020) is just about to publish his first monograph, Christology and Ethics in Galatians: Love and the Shared Self (Cambridge University Press, 2025). Logan is currently a Kirby Laing Research Fellow in New Testament at the University of Aberdeen.

Dr Simona Martorana (PhD Classics, 2021) has published her first monograph, Seeking the Mothers in Ovid’s Heroides (Cornell University Press, 2024), and a co-edited volume, Body and Medicine in Latin Poetry (De Gruyter, 2024). She is currently Lecturer in Classics at Australia National University in Canberra.

Congratulations to them all!
